The Role
The Business Change Manager will lead and define a leading cross functional change project. This will require design and delivery of a complex project which is key to the organisations strategic objectives and future state organisation operating model. The role will oversee successful delivery of program objectives whilst ensuring excellent communication with finance to scope and track business costs. This role requires effective management of senior stakeholders and working closely with 3rd parties (internal and external) to deliver the project objectives.  Team leadership is key as you will run weekly project sessions and actively develop other members of the team to create a high performing team environment and to develop high performing business change specialists.

 

Requirements

 

The Business Change Manager will have a driven passion for transformation projects and is searching for career highs and personal growth with aspirations of director level roles.

 

The right person for this role will: –

Be excited about transformation, change and implementation projects.

Extensive experience of Project and programme management best practice.

Show successful delivery of change management projects in a consulting organisation or across a fast paced FMCG or FTSE100 environment.

Enjoys the buzz of fast-paced environments and performs well under pressure.

Experience of people leadership to achieve project objectives and experience of senior stakeholder management.

Have a genuine passion for bringing out the best in others – developing talent, engaging team members and empowering people to deliver to the best of their ability.

Have ambition to develop and grow in your career, continually learning and challenging convention.
