Organisational Effectiveness Manager

Job Summary

The Organisational Effectiveness (OE) Centre of Excellence sets the global organisational standards, leads the annual HR planning process and partners with the market and functional leadership teams to develop their organisational plans. Their aim is to build world-class OE capability across the organisation globally that will enable delivery of a bold and sustainable performance difference which has resulted in this newly created role.

The role:

Reporting into the OE Director your role will be challenging and fast paced. You will be required to:
·Ensure that we have the highest quality OE plans by working with our Senior Leaders in the design and development of their plans
·Partner with the Senior Leaders and assist in implementation of their OE plans; ensuring that OE measures are being met and advise and coach on action or queries as required
·Lead analysis and modelling to enable you to inform future OE decisions, targets and KPIs. Draw on internal and external benchmarks to identify opportunities for performance improvement
·Build OE capability across the organisation

Experience required:

Essential:

·You must be highly analytical, have a love of data and benchmarking combined with the confidence and ability to use data and metrics to make informed judgements and decisions that will result in performance outcomes.
·Confident communication skills and the ability to build relationships across different cultures and departments virtually.
·The ability to influence, engage and challenge senior leaders in conversations about the future plans of their teams.
·Change and or project management skills
·A pro-active, self starter who demonstrates tenacity and the ability to operate successfully in a complex organisation.

Highly Desirable:

·HR and organisational planning and change management experience
·LEAN / Six Sigma knowledge a bonus, as is knowledge of OrgVue planning tool
